Institute of Law has been founded by the Harish Chandra Ram Kali Charitable Trust (HRCT) with a view to provide the best professional educations in the field of LAW especially to cater the Law needs of modern milieu. H.R. Institute of Law is housed in a covered area of about 60,000 sq. ft. on a sprawling lush green campus, which is characterized by the most modern structured splendor. It is located on NH-58 near eastern perafirl express way about 30 kms from Delhi on Delhi Meerut highway.
H.R. Institute of Law was established in the year 2019. H.R. Institute of Law is affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University Meerut,  and  approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.
The H.R. Institute of Law strives to provide ISO level of quality education to students who aspire to join Law field with a very strong sense of professionalism and humanitarian values. The H.R. Institute of Law basically believes in a three dimensional academic philosophy namely
